These terms govern your use of RatingsRoom. If you do not agree, do not use the site. This page is not legal advice. We may update it; the effective date is the public date on this page.
Acceptance
By visiting or using this site you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you are using the site for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The site
RatingsRoom is an affiliate deals board. We publish in-stock promotions with a verified was/list price when we have one, sorted by discount. We are not the merchant, not a marketplace, and not a product-testing lab. Check price links are invitations to read a live merchant listing, not an offer by RatingsRoom to sell the goods.
Affiliate relationships
RatingsRoom may earn a commission through affiliate links, as described on the Affiliate disclosure. Commissions do not change the rules on the How we check deals page.
No warranty on prices, stock, or discounts
Listings, prices, percent-off figures, photos, and stock change without notice. A checked price is our last verified reading of a prior or list price against a live price, not a guarantee the merchant will honor that number at checkout. Always confirm the live listing, shipping, tax, returns, and eligibility before you buy.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” RatingsRoom disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RatingsRoom and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or substitution costs, arising from the site or from a purchase you make with a merchant. Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Intellectual property
The RatingsRoom name, layout, and original text on this site belong to RatingsRoom or its licensors. Merchant names, product names, listing images, and trademarks are the property of their owners. You may not copy the site for a competing deals board or scrape it in a way that burdens the host, except for ordinary browser or search-engine access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt hosting, no fraud, no harvesting of any personal data the site does not intentionally publish, and no use that violates law. Affiliate links must not be hijacked or cloaked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the State of Delaware, United States are the exclusive venue for disputes that a court may hear, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This is a standard venue clause for an LLC-operated site; it is not a claim about where you must live.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting an updated page and effective date. Later visits are under the new terms.
